MoochPets aim's to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. While we work with trusted courier partners, we are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damage that occurs during transit. Any claims relating to shipping delays, loss, or damage must be made directly between the customer and the courier company using the tracking information provided.
